Risk Assessment for Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking
Cloudamize Holdings, Inc. and Cloudamize Systems Private Limited, operate within the software-as-a-service (SaaS) industry. Our business model is based on the development and delivery of proprietary software platforms, with work performed by employees in professional, computer-based roles such as software development, product management, customer success, sales, and operations.
Low Operational Risk
Given the nature of our industry, our direct operations present a low risk of modern slavery or human trafficking. We do not employ seasonal, temporary, or low-skilled labor, nor do we operate in sectors such as construction, agriculture, or manufacturing where higher risks are typically present.
Supply Chain Risk
Our primary supply chains consist of software, cloud infrastructure, and IT service providers. These vendors are typically large, well-established companies that have their own compliance programs in place. While the overall risk is considered low, we acknowledge that any global supply chain can present risks, particularly where hardware, data center operations, or third-party service providers may rely on labor practices outside our direct visibility.
Geographic Considerations
We employ staff in the United States and India. While both jurisdictions have robust legal frameworks prohibiting forced labor and human trafficking, enforcement practices and socio-economic conditions can differ. As such, we remain vigilant in our Indian operations and suppliers to ensure labor rights are upheld and that no modern slavery risks emerge.
Mitigation and Oversight
We mitigate risk through direct employment relationships, maintaining transparent HR practices, and partnering with reputable vendors who uphold ethical and legal standards. We are committed to periodically reviewing our supply chains and operations to identify and address any emerging risks of modern slavery or human trafficking.
