New in 2025! Migrations can be complicated – sometimes containing 1000s of servers and applications, and spanning global teams of application owners, infrastructure teams, and project managers. Cloudamize MANAGE is designed to organize teams and reduce the amount of manual coordination. In this component you’ll have the ability to create unlimited Runbooks to help organize the activities for each phase of the migration. Individual tasks within the Runbook contain owners, lists of team members to notify, links to Platform assets, and the ability to trigger automations throughout the platform.
Accelerate execution by associating built-in automations (like triggering a migration group) to individual tasks.
Easily attach assets (reports, application, tags groups, etc.) that can be helpful to the task owner when executing the task.
Task owners are notified when it’s time for their task to be executed. Perhaps it would be helpful for the infrastructure team to be aware as well? Unlimited additional users can also be added to the notification section.
Interested in setting up tasks to run in parallel? No problem! You have the ability to define whether a task starts after the previous task, in parallel with the previous task, or by manual trigger.
