The following specification documents have been prepared solely for Customers of Cloudreach. Access is provided to Customers on a confidential basis. Any reproduction or distribution of these documents, in whole or in part, or the disclosure of its content, without the prior written approval of Cloudreach is not permitted. By accepting, opening or reviewing these documents, the Customer acknowledges the confidential nature of the information contained in these documents and agrees not to reproduce or distribute these documents or any information contained in these documents. Access to these definition and specification documents are subject always to the terms of the non-disclosure agreement, Order Form(s) and Framework Agreement entered into by Customer and Cloudreach.

The Support and SLA Specification has been incorporated in the respective service specification.
