ENHANCED SET-UP SERVICE TERMS & CONDITIONS
The below Service capabilities and limits are enforced specifically for Customers who purchase the Cloudamize ENHANCED SET-UP SERVICE. Where not specified, all usage capabilities and limits are as defined within the relevant Order Form1.
- Unless otherwise defined within the Order Form1, the standard Cloudamize online Terms & Conditions apply to the ENHANCED SET-UP SERVICE.
- The ENHANCED SET-UP SERVICE does not include Cloudamize Platform licenses, as it is designed to pair with Single Use, Multi Use, or Tier Based licenses.
- The ENHANCED SET-UP SERVICE term shall commence upon signature of the Order Form1.
- The ENHANCED SET-UP SERVICE is limited to a single Engagement2 within the Cloudamize Platform, as the service is designed to support ~10 hrs of interactions.
- All support and interactions included within the ENHANCED SET-UP SERVICE shall be conducted remotely.
- For liability reasons, guidance and training provided as part of the ENHANCED SET-UP SERVICE does not include Cloudamize team members directly editing resources and configurations within a customer’s estate.

TERMINOLOGY
- Order Form: Refers to the contractual agreement between Cloudamize and the customer. See Example Order Form.
- Engagement: Refers to a provisioned order within the Cloudamize Platform. Tier Based and Multi Use contracts can support multiple Engagements.
